Carton Folder Gluer

Semi-auto folder gluer is mainly used to produce single face and double  face corrugated non-nail cartons. It may meet the demands for  multi-kinds and large quantity productions, especially for the packing  cartons of food, clothes, medicine and cosmetics etc.

1. It is composed of main frame and two small conveyors; Main frame is  composed of frame, lifting working platform, forepart feeding device,  forepart gluing device, middle conveying device, middle paper pressing  device, finished product side output device, and electrical control  system.

2. Quick changes for the specification of carton width and height.

3. Gluer wheel always keeps running even when the machines stops, which avoids glue drying and leaking.

4. The working stage goes up and down automatically while the cardboard always stays at working place.

5. The cartons are outputted automatically when they are piled up to installed seat.

6.Imported electrical spare parts, Siemens electronics, OMROPN optoelectronic switch, Japan TOKY counter, Taiwan Meanwell switching power supply;  gluing head uses special alloy material which can beresistant to acid-base; main motor is Taiwan CPG motor.
